ST. JOHN'S INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL TO JOIN INSPIRED

London, August 22, 2016 -- Inspired, a leading operator of premium schools in Europe, Australia, Africa and South America, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire St. John’s International School in Waterloo, Belgium, with the transaction expected to close at the end of the month.

St. John’s International School was founded in 1964 by the Faithful Companions of Jesus (FCJ) and is a leading international school in Europe St. John’s provides an outstanding education to 700 students between the ages of two and eighteen years, representing more than 60 nationalities.

Sister Brenda FCJ, President of the St. John’s Board of Directors, and Ray Holliday-Bersegeay, Head of School, stated, “We are excited that St. John’s is joining the Inspired community of schools. Both Ray and I feel our school’s educational philosophy and ethos, along with our educational programs and engaged community fit perfectly in the Inspired network.
