INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF EUROPE TO JOIN INSPIRED

Inspired, a leading operator of premium schools in Europe, Australia, Africa and South America, is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire the International School of Europe group from the Formiga family and H.I.G.

The International School of Europe group ("ISE") founded in 1958 by the Formiga family is a leading group of schools in Italy. ISE provides an outstanding education to over 1,800 local and expatriate students between the ages of three and 18 years old in Milan, Modena, Monza and Siena.
