A graduate of law, Raffaele brings with him a great depth of leadership and management experience from the luxury retail sector. Since 2017, he has been based in New York, holding the position of President of the Americas for Acqua di Parma, part of the prestigious LVMH Group and responsible for all aspects of business operations, revenue and customer experience. Raffaele will take over the leadership of our schools across Switzerland, Latvia, Belgium and Italy.

Prior to joining Inspired, Elena Benito was the CEO of the King’s Group, which she joined in 2011. Before King’s, she worked as CFO for Zed Latam and Finance Director for Monsanto in Spain and Portugal. Ms Benito trained as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte in both Spain and the UK, and is a member of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the San Pablo CEU University of Madrid, and a degree in Law from the UNED. She won her MBA from ESADE in 2009 and her AMP in 2019.

Robert is the Group Chief Financial Officer, based out of London, United Kingdom. He joined Inspired in October 2017.

Prior to Inspired, he was a Senior Operations Advisor at TPG Capital for over two years with a focus on upgrading the Finance and IT capabilities of TPG portfolio companies in Europe. He held two Interim CFO roles at Retail and Leisure companies and multiple transformational leadership roles.

Prior to TPG, he worked at General Electric for 11 years where he held a diverse set of Finance Leadership roles across different sectors and regions, such as Global Divisional CFO, Finance Director, Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Finance Transformation Leader.

Robert is a graduate of the General Electric’s Financial Management Program and the Corporate Audit Staff. He obtained his Masters from the Budapest University of Economics, Hungary.

Prior to joining Inspired, Jessica was US Managing Director for Selina, a fast-growing hospitality company. She was promoted to the appointment due to her notable performances as Head of South America and VP of Field Operations. Before her positions at Selina, Jessica held several senior leadership roles across multiple industries, including General Manager of WeWork Peru, where she built operations in the business support service from scratch, and as Country Manager for two large retail organisations.

For 11 years, Jessica held a number of senior positions within the Business Development and Marketing divisions at Dell, contributing to their success in the US and Latin American markets. Jessica holds a degree in Business Administration (University of Lima, Peru) and an MBA (University of Texas, Austin).

John O'Connor graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor's Degree in Literature and a Diploma in Education. His 30-year career in Education began in Australia, and for the last 25 years he has worked in Kenya. Born in Perth, Western Australia, John chose to take Kenyan citizenship a decade ago. He was at Hillcrest School in Nairobi in various roles for 14 years, before becoming Director at Brookhouse School in 2004. John currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Round Square, a global association of 150 schools devoted to holistic education and servant leadership training. He is a visiting team member, reader and co-chair for the Council of International schools (CIS) and a member of the Association of International Schools of Africa. In 2012, John was invited to join the Heads of the G-20 group of eminent schools. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Human Needs Project, a community sustainability initiative for the people of Kibera, the largest informal settlement in Kenya.

Sonsoles has been the Policy Educational Director of  Colegio San Patricio since 1999. Sonsoles was a History and Humanities teacher for over 23 years at all gradel levels. In 1984, she received her Degree in Geography and History, specializing in Prehistory & Archaeology. In 2001, she completed the Master Program Course DICIE in Management of Educational Centers at Villanueva University in Madrid. She has led educational innovation processes in the 4 Colegio San Patricio schools focusing on Emotional Intelligence in School Environments and application of learning by tasks in multilingual contexts. Since 2001, she has worked in Management of educational quality in EFQM environments and in 2018 she was appointed as a leader for Innovation Technology and Circular Economy. For 20 years she has led the Spanish section of the Model European Parliament. In 2019, she has become an Award leader of the Duke of Edinburgh to inspire and involve schools and young students in this challenge.
